Today we received our 20-year plaque!
20 years ago, I spent a year working through all the necessary steps to make Highlands CC a certified sanctuary for golf. Since then, we've gone through a recertification process every 2 years. At the time, in 2003, we were the 16th golf course in North Carolina to earn the designation.
